Ammara had been exercising for a number of years but arrived to Dynamic Fitness Training following a disappointing experience with another trainer.
Whilst Ammara arrived with a decent baseline of fitness – having recently completed the Manchester marathon, she had felt she needed more structure to her training and greater intensity to shift a little excess weight.
As a busy Doctor, time efficiency was key in Ammara’s programme. Her one-to-one sessions were focused on effective full-body strength training and her runs were redesigned for greater speed development alongside boosting her metabolism.

The result, faster times and as can be seen from the pictures, a much-improved body composition.
